Procedures

Match Reporting

It is the duty of the referee to report the score and other pertinent information within 48 hours after the completion of a match. Click here to access the match reporting forms.

Disciplinary

For all yellow and red cards, the refereee (and assistant referee, if such a sanction is recommended to and acted upon by the referee), must be reported through the appropriate forms. Click here to access the reporting forms.

Kit Reimbursement
